This isn’t a dashboard on your life: it’s a pretext for a conversation. At the end of your monthly sitting you publish an extract. Doing nothing closes it again.

Presence

This is the default, and it carries most of the benefit for none of the risk. Nothing from your journal is transmitted.

Your line

“this month: say no sooner”

The sentence you wrote yourself at the end of your sitting. Nothing derived, nothing computed.

The direction

Arrows on the only three indicators with a legitimate direction. Never a value, never a curve.

Never shareable, at any level: your entries, their labels, your markers, your timeline, your verbatim sentences, the engine’s hypotheses, and anything flagged sensitive.

The rules that make this safe

The person you pick may be someone who pressed you to pick them. That’s undetectable, so it’s handled by design rather than by trust.

Nothing is verifiable: They never see which level you chose, or that you changed it. What protects you is the absence of any trace of your choices — not transparency.
Suspending is invisible: You can suspend at any moment, immediately, without producing the slightest signal on the other side.
No nudges: Amure will never remind you to share, and will never report that you skipped a sitting.
Two people maximum: Beyond that it’s an audience — and you don’t write the same things for an audience.
Ninety-day expiry: The link goes dormant on its own and is renewed inside a private sitting. Leaving has to be lukewarm, or people don’t leave.
A role, not a chat: They receive one object a month and can acknowledge it with a short note. The right outcome isn’t a thread: it’s a phone call.
